ASITA was founded in Jakarta on January 7, 1971 and currently, ASITA at the national level is based in Jakarta. ASITA itself has 31 Regional Leadership Councils (DPD) spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is in Bali which was founded in 1974.
ASITA BALI is a member of the Bali Indonesian Tourism Industry Association (GIPI) Stakeholders or better known as the Bali Tourism Board.
